Question

Rush is so unstable and freezes/crashes ALL the time.....

I have been payng for and using Rush for years. Probably 4-5 years. In the early days it seemed ok, but far out is it unstable. To a point where it is almost unusable.
It freezes, crashes, doesn't save work. I am so fed up with this.

Sometimes I get a message saying "We ahven't been able to auto save your work in a while, exit and reopen the project", or words to that effect, and then it freezes when I do this.

Why has this app not been fixed after so many years?? This is really unacceptable.
I keep thinking about uninstalling and reinstalling, but I have some important projects I dont want to lose....

Hi @NathanMeasuredLight,

Can we get more information about your system or device and the media you are editing? If you are on the desktop you can reset preferences and delete media cache. Have you tried these things?
