Rush Media Import Error - Unsupported media Type. 1 of 1 media could not be imported.

Question

I need some help with this.  iPhone 12 pro max with a simple 28-second video clip.  Why in the world is this a problem?  Everything up to date and it cant import a small clip?  Come on seriously?

Hello,

We're sorry for this inconvenience. We're working as fast as we can to add support to the latest HDR format from Apple. For now, the solution is to disable HDR format in your device's Settings.

Open Settings > Camera > Record Video, then toggle off the switch next to "HDR Video."
