Rush not compactible with Samsung S21 Fe 5g

I was literally shocked when i treid to install Rush in my new phone, many android phones do support Rush and why not Samsung S 21 Fe 5g ???

    That link doesn't work anymore. Loops back to here.  I am a long-time Adobe customer (1994) and cannot access Rush on my Samsung S21 FE 5G with Android 13.?  "Not compatible" is the response.  Unfortunate. Rush is compatible with the SE20 FE? Adobe can certainly do better than this.
