Rush Not responding

I've just paid for Rush after exporting one project. It now seems to stall while loading"importer quicktime.prm and nothing seems to work. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this?

Sorry for that. Can you let us know the OS? What happens when you create a new user account and see if that launches properly?
