RUSH NOT RESPONSIVE

Hi, Pls help

I renewed my subscription last week for RUSH. 
1. It won't let me use premium features, says I have to upgrade to a paid subscription, when I tried redoing it it says I'm already subscribed.

2. It says my memory is full, I should upgrade.  I've deleted ALmost all my old projects, I'm still getting the same answer.

3. I tried using my laptop, it keeps taking me to PRO, and asking me yo me. I don't want PRO

4. I don't have anything  stored but it shows 1.9gb🤦🏾‍♀️

5. I deleted the app and re-installed , still the same.

I can't  attached photos, cos they are too big! I'm getting really frustrated.
