Rush not working an I pad pro

For some reason it doesn't work properly, when I'm editing the playback is frozen but the sound keeps playing. I can't see where I'm editing, it pauses randomly and it's impossible to work like that. I have no idea how to fix it, I don't want to decrease the quality of my video files. Any ideas?

    Sorry about the issue. Can you share the OS version installed? Does it happen with a specific project? If so, what type of media files are you using (codec/ format, frame rate, frame size)?

    I'm on an iPad Pro os 17.6.1. So far it happens with that specific project, but I don't really have many others to compare to since I just got the iPad, I worked on a different project and that worked fine, so I don't really know why this one isn't.

    The file I'm trying to use is a video I shot with my pixel phone, frame rate 30, mp4, 330 mb 1080p, about 4 minutes long.

    Thanks for the info. Do you have any effects or titles added to the project? If not, it could be files that are creating the issue. Could you try converting them in any other editable format? You can try transcoding platform like Handbrake
