Rush not working in my Tab and iphone

In my iphone I can't export my file (4k) as app just get close after 10 to 15% of download.

And in my Tab I can't open 4k files , as only sound can be heard but no video can be seen.

I have rush paid program.

Plz look into it

Sorry about the trouble. Which device did you use to record footage? Does it happen with specific files? Have you tried other export presets?
