Question

Rush opens and uploads mp4, but will not play, then stops responding and closes.

Good day! 
I go to open premiere rush, and am able to select videos, however, it will not play them. Then it freezes and shuts the program down. 
Ive uninstalled, and reinstalled. 

Reset preferences. 

Restarted my computer. 

Updates my GPU and drivers. 

Checked for updates in Premiere Rush. 

No luck. Someone please help!

  • Which device did you use to capture the footage?
  • Could you share your system details (OS, CPU, RAM, GPU)?
  • Are you getting any error codes or messages?
