Rush Overlay of Video onto Photo

I purchased a video of confetti falling on iStock.  I want it to show like its falling onto a photo.  How do I make the background of the video show the photo underneath so that the red confetti shows but not the white in it.

    Is the confetti on a solid background, or is it on a transparent background? We would need to get that information first. I hope we can help you.
