Rush performance issue + No Option To Add My Music

On a one terabyte brand new iPhone 15 Pro Max, running so-called adobe rush is like watching someone wake up after taking Ambien. Plus why is there no option to use my own audio or music instead of an extremely lame selection of music which would also triggered copyright alerts on other platforms.
