Rush premium not working on desktop

Hi folks,

 

I purchased Rush preium through Play Store on Android and was able to access my premium features on both devices until just recently. For whatever reason, I get all my premium features on my mobile still but on my desktop, when I try to sync I am prompted that it is only available in premium and no 4k export nowm

 

I have tried logging out all devices and rebooting but nothing is working... my mobile is fine for small videos but I have a bigger project that requires my PC and I'm pretty frustrarted at the moment, any advice would be appreciated.

    Hi all 

    I have technical issues with RU app 

    when I need to export the material 

    the rendering not complete

      Thanks for the question. It sounds like you have the mobile membership which allows syncing across other mobile devices but not the desktop. Could that be the case? https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-rush/kb/starter-paid-rush-upgrade.html.

      Hi Kevin,

       

      Thanks for getting back to me! I guess that could be the case. However, I was using premium on desktop and mobile until recently and I haven't made any changes to my account... did Adobe change the types of subs recently that I missed something?
