Rush Projected Synced on phone - Lost project file and Assets from cloud

I have created a project in Rush on iPhone and a copy of it. The copy was not Synced. 

I found the project on Desktop and worked on it for 6 hours. As I was about to export last few pics showed flickering. The desktop (Windows 11 Pro on Lenovo Desktop i7) rebooted itself at this point. When it came back and I opened Rush it didn't have project in it and CC didn't show any assets. The sync folder was empty and local folder had files stamped for time the system crashed. 

On iPhone, Rush showed both project on opening App and in few seconds the synced project disappeared.
