Hi,

Coming back from vacation, I have found all my Rush projects to be generic icons.

Help!

Hey @Danny25724604jvgn,

Sorry about that. It looks as though your files are not being synced. Can you try logging out of Creative Cloud, then logging back in? That might help. Let us know.

Thanks,
Kevin

I have done that. I have also cleaned up my files ... that is deleting what wasn't syncing and creating a new project and watching it sync between machines. But after a few days, the problem returns. Including creating a project on one machine and seeing the thumbnail poped up on another, but it's generic. Example of the icon attached.

Hi @Danny25724604jvgn,

I got your message. It might be related to the loss of Creative Cloud synced files for Rush. More: https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-rush/kb/creative-cloud-files-end-of-life-for-premiere-rush.html. Let me know if you think it could be the case. I'm sorry for the frustration on this. Let us know if the info helps.

Thanks,
Kevin
