Rush projects not syncing between mobile and laptop

Hello. I have a paid Rush subscription on Playstore, a CC account and Rush installed on laptop. I can create projects on mobile and on laptop but projects will not sync. All options for syncing are switched on. Any help most appreciated. Been struggling for 4 hours with no success.
