Rush slow

Hey Guys,

Finding it slow to skip through the time line and on one project it was really laggy (pretty much unusable) to even preview had to export.

My projects are very simple.

3 video clips and 1 sound.

Pc Specs (not an issue)

CPU: 7700K
CPU Cooler: 240rad AIO

GPU: 1080Ti STRIX

RAM: 64GB 3200hz

All software and drivers are up to date.
