Rush startup bug

Question

When Rush starts I'm getting "My Documents" folder not found. Windows 10 no longer uses the "My Documents" folder schema. Please see attached picture.

Hey there!This looks like a permission issue to me. Please refer this article to provide permission to Adobe folders though, it's for Prmeiere Pro and After Effects but it will work same for Premiere Rush as well: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/x-productkb/multi/preferences-folder-read-only-error.html Let us know how it goes.Kartika
