rush stutter

i am trying to edit a video and when i press paly in rush the video stutters and jumps back like 1 second every 3 and iv tried everything i know and i havnt got anywhere. i have rush on my laptop and its fine but i want to use it on my pc and im sturggling to work out whats wrong. iv updated my drivers and iv unistalled and reinstalled and iv made no progess

any help is appriecated

Sorry about the issue. Can you provide the following information?

  • What are your system specifications (OS, CPU, RAM, GPU)?
  • Are you getting this issue with a specific project? 
  • What type of files are you editing (codec/ format, frame rate, frame size)? Which device did you use to capture the footage?
