Rush want start. Keeps hanging on launch window. Desktop version 1.5

The launch hangs on "Loading ImporterQuickTime.prm". I have restarted my pc, uninstalled or reinstalled, log out of Creative Cloud and logged baxck in again. Nothing helps.

I have the same issue with the versions that run on the new iMac M1. Both the Intel and Beta (M1) versions load and get stuck on the spinning blue circle. I can clean out my preferences. It will load after that. I still can't edit any projects or save anything. It's totally stuck.
