Question

Rush Won’t Export/ Render

I have tried all of the fixes from restarting phone to updating app, have tried every format option, I've used a different phone.
I keep getting an error message at 40% or so and it just won't go:(

I had the same problem with Rush on my laptop. Grey pop up screen when trying to export my project and nothing.

I realized I had used a title with a little blue star (which wasn't included in my subscription). I replaced this title with a simple version and the exporting suddenly worked.

It's predictable, and not surprising that you clearly said your using a phone, yet she posted fixes for a computer.🤪

You're right - my apologies. However, the fact remains: resetting ALL devices actually helps whatever the originating device get a better connection to the Rush project. I've had 2 situations where my iPhone and iPad Rush setups crashed, but after re-logging into to all devices where I use Rush, the mobile device connections were repaired.

This usually does the trick for me if it stalls out:

  • Close out your project, and sign out of Rush and Creative Cloud.
  • RESTART YOUR COMPUTER and ALL ADOBE-CONNECTED DEVICES, and make sure you don't have any memory-intensive ("RAM-hogging") apps running while you're starting up (I never run Photoshop, Illustrator, or Microsoft Office apps while working on videos).
  • Sign back into your Creative Cloud Desktop App on your computer.
  • Hold CTRL/CMD + SHIFT buttons while starting Adobe Rush - this will tell Rush you want a "fresh start" without losing your projects; it will open the Starter Tutorial like you were starting for the first time - simply close the tutorial, and your projects will be available.
  • Open your project, and BE SURE TO WAIT for it to FULLY SYNC. Then try editing and/or exporting, and you should be good to go... but just in case:

IF NEEDED:

  • double check that any Adobe Fonts you may be using are activated and connected
  • re-add any missing assets to the project bin
  • Last Resort: DUPLICATE the project and try working from the fresh copy.

Hope this helps!

Hi there!

Sorry to hear that. Can you share the screenshot of the error message? Which device are you using for Premiere Rush?

Let us know.

Thanks,

Kartika
