Rush won't load any video files, and it doesn't see anything in Dropbox

I'm using this for the first time, and I can't add any video, because Rush won't see it. There's a link for Dropbox, but it doesn't even see the folders in there. I've tried version 1.5.62 and Beta, and they have the same issues. I have logged out and back in again. I have refreshed everything.

This is a paid version. Honestly, I'm reading articles that are almost two years old, and nothing seems to be fixed. This is terrible. What am I paying for here?
