Rush wont open at all Error MSVCP110.dlll

I open it in my menu and not through "Creative cloud" since through Creative cloud it doesnt open at all.

When i try to open in my menu i get error message "the code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP110.dlll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." On which i've tried reinstalling and restarting my computer and neither has worked. Thanks

I am having exactly the same issue. I re-installed the app but the same error message comes up. The same issue if I try to open premiere pro.
