Same page says Premiere Rush is free and "buy now."

I never heard of Rush before and I have seen conflicting information about it. The same page that says it's free links to "Buy Now." So which is it?

It's a Freemium model, common for software: Free for a Starter plan with limited features. Paid upgrades are available for so-called Premium features.

Hello, I just downloaded app, and I have premium plan, I don't want to pay for it, I don't understand where is my starter plan, I am not able post video, I am asked to pay. What should I do?
