Samsung S20 ultra support for Premiere Rush

I'm a paying member for the Adobe Premiere Pro and when went to install Premiere Rush on my Samsung Galaxy S20 ULTRA it says it is not available!!!!!??? what?? Can you please fix this issue as soon as possible for I'm not paying £30 a month when I cannot have Rush on my new phone!
