Cas I use Premiere Rush for Screen capturing ?

Adobe Rush is a video editor, currently it doesn't do screen recording, but I recommend looking for screen recording app. On the other hand, iPhone and Google Pixel have in their operating system to be able to record screen.
Adobe Rush es un editor de video, actualmente no hace grabación de pantalla, pero le recomiendo buscar app grabar pantallas. por otro lado, iPhone y Google Pixel tienen en si sistema operativo poder grabar pantalla.
