Screenshot Image Quality

I've just downloaded this software recently, so I am learning the ins and outs. 

 

I have shrunk the size of my image, however, it does not retain the quality. Whenever I specifically click on the image at the size I want, the quality is perfect, but when it is inputted in the video on another layer, I struggle to read the image. 

 

Anybody know if there is a fix to this?

    Hi Theo,

    Not sure what is going on there. Typically, your source image may be too small for an HD or 4K frame size. What are the dimensions of the image? Feel free to share the original image and specs via PM so I can check the same on my own system. Hopefully, I can tell what's going on then.
