Sequence suddenly empty

Hi, I've been working on a project that has 2 sequences. I went to the "Share" tab on the first sequence, and then went back to the "Edit" tab, and now the sequence is totally empty. It shows as 0:00 in project assets, although all of the audio and video files are still in the project assets. The second sequence still works.

Is there any way to recover the first sequence? It took quite a bit of time to create, so it would be a major inconvenience if I had to start it from scratch. 

I have cloud sync turned on, and am using the Mac desktop version.
