Should I buy Dropbox or Adobe cloud?

I'm looking for a cloud storage solution since Adobe refuses to support ssd drives on iPad Pro. But it looks like premier rush supports Dropbox and Adobe cloud. Dropbox gives you 2tb for 9.99 while Adobe gives you 1tb for 9.99. I plan to edit in both premier rush and premier pro bowl n my phone, iPad , and pc. Any reason for me to not go Dropbox?
