Solid background removed?

Not sure if I just can't find it, but there used to be the ability to add a solid background color under "Titles". I updated my version today and it appears that feature has been removed? I looked through all of the titles and transitions and couldn't find it. Is it hiding somewhere else?

I found it this afternoon under Transition Graphics..... but I had to use the search function to see it. For some reason it didn't show up with everythign else.
