Some Rush Projects not showing on start

Using Premiere Rush V2.9.0 Build 14 on Desktop.  I went to continue working on a project and it is not showing on my "project" list when I open Rush.  If I right-click on my project (from File Explorer) and tell it to open with Rush, just the project panel opens.  In the past I have been able to re-open and continue working on projects but it seems that only my older projects are showing up in my projects panel.  Paid version if that helps.

PLEASE HELP!

Kevin,

Apparently this is true.  I was told by customer care that a windows update may have turned sync off.  I was told to check the 3 dots to see if the file is syncing but the file disappears if not syncing so i would lose my work anyway.  Then basically told to create a project, save it, check the dots to be sure it is syncing, then continue working.  Makes no sense to me that this cant be an option to confirm the project is auto-syncing while you are working in it or as you are saving it.

Hi @Terri5D43,

I read your notes. You say that some of the projects you worked on are not found on the Home screen when you return to the app. Right? It sounds like these projects may not have been synced to Creative Cloud. You may want to contact our support team here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html. The chat pod is in the lower-right of the page. Ask for the video queue. I hope they can help you. Let us know what happens.

Thanks,
Kevin
