Something odd with Rush. Not opening projets.

So on Thursday, I started editing a video for Instagram that needs to be published today.

For some reason, nothing is opening on Rush 1.5. 

I click on a project.  The window goes black like it is loading and then it brings me back to the main menu.

Everything is up to date.

Running Windows 10 on a new computer.

So strange.
