Sound und Lizenzrechte in Premiere Rush / Nutzung auf Social Media (z.B. YouTube)

Hi. Ich hab eine kurze, einfach Frage: Ist es erlaubt Audio und Sound aus der Rush-Bibliothek frei zu nutzen und damit erstellte Videos auf YouTube, Instagram oder ähnlichen sozialen Plattformen zu veröffentlichen?


Ich habe dazu folgende Artikel gefunden, möchte aber sicher gehen. 

 


Primär geht es um die Desktop-Version. Gibt es dazu generell zwischen mobile Apps und Desktop-Anwendung einen Unterschied bzgl. Audio-Nutzungsrechten?  

 

Freue mich über eine Antwort. Besten Dank schon mal.

    Hallo Wolfram, gibt es da Unterschiede ob die Sounds nur für private oder auch für kommerzielle Nutzung erlaubt sind?

    Hallo Anna, ich bin kein Experte, aber ich denke schon. Zumindest ist die Kulanz für die Nutzung im privaten Kontext vermutlich höher. Grundsätzlich gilt das Urheberrecht meines Wissens unabhängig von der Art der Nutzung.
