Spinning wheel of nothing

Hello, I have instaled app Premiere Rush on iPad Pro and after start of the app, I only got spinning blue wheel, but I cant start a new project. Please do You have any idea how to solve this issue? Thank You very much.

    Hello Kevin,

    thank You for reply. I'm using latest iOS 18.3.1. I have iPad Pro 2018.
