Stuck at this screen when I start Premier Rush 1.5.29 (Build 32)

When I start Premier Rush for first time , I am stuck to this screen and unable to start a new project .Anyone can assist ?I have tried uninstall and reinstall .I have even uninstall the whole Creative Cloud and reinstall .

Can you try this

1. Go to the Help menu in Rush to sign out

2. Quit Rush

3. Relaunch Rush and sign in from there

If this does not help please let me know.
