Stuck at "Your Projects" screen and won't let me Create New Project

Please Help!

I've been stuck at the "Your Projects" screen and it won't let me Create New Project. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, as well as tried to install an older version. 

Any fixes? I have a project due very soon and would love a quick fix!
