Switch location of saved program files Premiere Rush

I do not have sync turned on for any of my Rush videos. Have them saved locally. How do I change that they should be saved onto an SSD drive instead of C:?

I would like to be able to plug that same SSD into a different laptop and pick up from where I was holding. I also do not want the programs to take up room on my C drive.
