Synchronisation does not work

Hi,

 

I was trying to do a synchronization (I updated a video from my phone and wanted to edit on my computer) and it does no work, no matter how long I wait for it to work or how many times I try to re-synchronize it.

 

What else cand I do?

Try signing out of (if you are currently signed in) and back in via the Creative Cloud Mobile App.

 

If it's still not syncing, then try signing out of and back in via the Creative Cloud Desktop App.
