Synchronising Clips in PIP in Premiere Rush

I'm a new user and I can't synchronise video clips precisely using pip. When I drag the smaller video it jumps and I cant get it to stop in the precise place.  It looks wierd when one thing is happening on one video, but happens again very shortly afterwards on the other.  Is there a way of moving the video in smaller increments?

Solution was actually simple: expand the size of the clips shown in the time line using zoom controls shown in the sequence menu and finer adjustments are possible.  It's my lack of familiarity with the app, not a problem with it.
