Syncing with Auto Low Light FPS on iPhone XS turned on?

On iPhone XS, there is a feature "Auto Low Light FPS" that will Change 30 fps on Videos to 24 fps under low light conditions. With that feature turned on, the synced Video Clips appear somewhat corrupted on my Windows 10 Laptop. The only Workaround I found was toggling the Auto Low Light FPS feature off. Any other hint?
