Taking too much time in loading "Your Project" Screen (Premiere eRush)

Hi,

I have purchased and installed "Premiere Rush" while opening, "Your Project" Screen taking too much time in loading and I am not able to create a new project. Please help.

What are the system specs (OS, CPU, RAM, GPU)?
Could you try to open Rush as administrator?
