This is how Premiere Rush is taking... 

once i chnged options in text engine option in photoshop but couldnt find such option in Premiere Rush

    Sorry about that, @AntStack33202942an5r. I'll let the team know about your feature request. You might try to use Premiere Pro for this project. You can try out the trial version if you are not yet subscribed. See if your language is better supported there. Check out Preferences > Graphics for such options. Let us know how it works.
