Question

Terrible for actual editing

If you try and use premiere rush software at all for editing anything more than a simple cut it is terrible. You will edit a whole project and end up not being able to export as it cannot actually handle its own editing tools. Absolutely useless and I wish id never spent money on it. Terrible

    Hi @responsible_Bee0489,

    Welcome to the forum. I hope we can help you. Were you shooting HDR or cinematic mode? Certain formats are not supported. Let us know more info about your system or device, the media you are using, and the version number. Please also try resetting preferences and deleting the media cache if you are using a desktop version. I hope the advice helps. I apologize for the issue. Take care.

    Sorry about the poor experience. We can get this checked. Please elaborate the issue you are experiencing with the export. On which platform are you using the app?

    I spoke with the online help chat and they couldn't suggest a thing. I'm using it on an updated iPad, the app closes everytime you try and export. It's only a 11 min video, heavily edited
