The APP is not working!

It's impossible to create any project. 4 days in a row!

How are things with this issue? Am I working with a bunch of incompetent idiots, or how should I understand this? Why do you lie that you're doing something about it when this problem still persists? The payment of 600 CZK was deducted on 1.9, and even so, it doesn't work. This is an important app for me. Why doesn't the alleged employee here just pick up the phone and solve this? Doesn't it bother you that it's not working for people?

I had the same issue, also using Czech language. I tried to switch the iPhone settings to English and the button works now. Also, older projects are now visible (I didn't see any before swirching languages).

You and other users are using the same language. It's not English. Is it the wonderful Czech language? If not, which language is the version you are using?

Do you have spatial audio switched on in camera settings. Try shooting test clips with that setting disabled and try again. Let us know if it works, @SenorPedraw.

Hi All,

The team offered the following potential solutions:

  • Sign out and back into Rush
  • Perform a hard reset on the iPad
  • If you don’t have any projects you need to save, we recommend reinstalling the Rush.

 

If none of those steps resolve the bug, it would be good to know what iPad model they have and what media is in their camera roll.

I´ve already tried reinstalling the Rush but it doesn´t help.

I´ve got an iPhone 13 mini.
