Please help! The graphics menu in Rush is not loading! I are seeing a blank preview screen!

    Hi, @Andrew22016696y9cu and @oriol_1179,

    This is an old thread, but I also saw this issue on another thread. I wonder what's going on here as templates on my Mac running the same OS seems fine. Have you updated your system or installed anything new lately? Has this worked in the past? Let me know.

    I am having exactly the same problem right now. on Macbook Air. How to resolve this issue?

      Eaxctly the same here! So far I have:

      • emptied the cache
      • restarted my iMac
      • signed out signed back in
      • uninstalled the application and reinstalled it

      But still the graphics panel wont load! Anyone help us?!
