The Premiere Rush on my desktop do not have access to the Adobe Team Porjects service

Whenever I open the rush, it always notices me that it does not have access to the Adobe Team Porjects service, and, after I clicking the OK button, it stays on the loading screen and I can do nothing as the button of "Create a new project" keeps grey, just like the picture shows.

What should I probably do to get into the rush successfully?

Hi guoxuzhen,

Do you have Premiere Pro 2019 on this machine. If yes, launch Premiere Pro CC 2019 and then try to launch Rush CC. Check if it makes any difference.
