The program does not import videos.
I'm trying to import videos from the photo library as usual, but it won't import them. What's the problem?
This usually happens when the app loses permission to access your photo library or the video format isn’t supported. First, check your device settings and make sure the Adobe app still has access to Photos/Videos. If that’s fine, try duplicating one of the videos and importing the copy this often fixes metadata issues.
