The screen and the sound are out of sync.

I use the Desktop Premier Rush.

Everything else is fine. But the screen doesn't match the sound.

The sound keeps coming out, but the screen keeps playing for a few seconds from the first scene.

The same goes for low quality.

So I have to watch the video and edit it.

What's the problem? Graphics? Network? GPU?

The Internet is a little slow. Maybe because of the network?

What kind of footage are you working with?

I don't think network speed should affect your project in any way.

I'd suggest that you try with any other kind of footage and report back. That will give us a clue if it's the source media.
