"There has been an error"

I'm currently trying to publish a youtube video and once I reach the publish phase, it tells me there is 'an error'. So how am I meant to fix the error if I don't know what it is? I WANT TO SCREAM.

Thanks for the message. That cryptic message sounds frustrating. I'm sorry about that. Please provide the community with more information about your system (or mobile device) and media so we can help.

 

Often, the source media is the issue. Rush cannot process some of the newer formats. The advice is to shoot H.264 and avoid HEVC. I hope the advice helps.
