This is a useless app! Crashing all the time

2 weeks of editing this video and only to find out I wouldn't be able to finalise this video. I have tried all the options including the 720p but it doesn't render the video and returns the error below.  Apart that, along the way, I have encountered several program crashes. I even reported the issue to Adobe just after an hour of paying for the subscription and never heard back from them to give me a refund.  

 

With the error below, I would have to redo all this -

Hi @Paul Cons,

I read your note and saw your screenshot. Thanks for doing that. You are having trouble exporting. Sounds frustrating. Can you tell the community more about computer system (CPU, RAM, GPU, Hard Drives) and the source media? Did you try any troubleshooting, like deleting the cache or resetting preferences? Let us know if you need help with that. Sorry for the hassle.
