this video was edited with a newer version of rush and can't be edited on this device until you upda

I was editing an video on Rush on PC (using the most latest version). I closed the file on my PC, opened it on my phone and inserted a video clip. Now I receive this message everytime I open the file on my PC. It's been over 13 hours. 

I'm using the most up to date version on my PC, and I even unistalled and reinstalled rush.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Sorry about the frustration. Have you tried after updating the latest version of Premiere Rush?
