Thumbnail selected in the Share dialog does not show up on Youtube

In Share, if I choose Youtube, I can select a frame from the video to use as a Thumbnail, but when the video is published on Youtube, a the selected frame is not used.  Am I missing something?

    That makes two of us and YouTube isn't letting me change their preselected either.
